Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to IBridge. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
IBridge has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, comment, or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, spam, illegal, or otherwise abusive. We may remove such content and suspend or permanently ban accounts without notice.
2. User-generated content
You are responsible for the tips, comments, events, and links you submit. We may review, refuse, hide, or delete content that violates these terms or local law. Moderators review reports and may act within 24 hours.
3. Reporting and blocking
You can:
- Flag objectionable posts, comments, or community resources from inside the app. Reports are sent to our moderation team.
- Block another user. Their content is removed from your feed immediately. Blocking also notifies us so we can review the account.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may disable accounts that violate these terms.
5. Organisation events
If you register for an organisation event, you agree to a seat, a waiting list, and a check-in code tied to your account and that event. Cancel before the deadline if you cannot attend. Repeated unexcused absences can pause new registrations with that organisation only, and you can send an explanation. Feedback after an event is optional. Anonymous feedback is not linked to your account. Organisation events stay on record after the date so the organisation can report attendance. Events posted by a normal user are removed after they end.
6. Volunteer meetings
Asking for a volunteer’s time does not reserve it. The time is yours only after that volunteer confirms. Until then, their phone number and the meeting link stay hidden. The in-person address is shown on the free time. The volunteer can decline the request. If they confirm someone else for the same time, the other pending requests for that time are declined. An organisation can remove a volunteer, which removes their open times.
7. Sponsored ads and advertisers
IBridge may show labeled Sponsored campaigns from local advertisers on Explore, Events, and Offers. Advertisers must accept the separate Advertiser Terms when they sign up at admin.i-bridge.app/ads. Boosted placement is paid prominence, not an endorsement. If you have no local ad left on Explore or Events for that UTC day, that slot may show a Google ad, labeled by Google. Offers does not show Google ads.
